My Training Schedule:
It varies from month to month and week to week. Generally, my long runs are on Saturday or Sunday. I average 50 miles a week for maintenance weeks. Peak training weeks top out at 100-125 miles. I lift weights three days a week. I consume about 3000 calories per day and burn over half of that through running.
